Each candle at Blue Cottage Candle Company is handcrafted with care, and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for standard order processing before your package ships. During busy seasons or launches, this time may vary slightly — but we’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.
Custom “Choose Your Scent” Candles
If you’ve ordered one of our custom-poured “Choose Your Scent” candles, please allow up to 2 weeks for production time. These are made-to-order with your selected fragrance and hand-poured with the same love and care, just on a personalized timeline.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We currently ship within the United States via USPS or UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery time.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it to your doorstep.
Packaging & Care
We take every precaution to ensure your candles arrive safely. Each item is thoughtfully packed with protective materials like bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipping.
Damaged in Transit
While we do our very best to secure each package, sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@bluecottagecandlecompany.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can make it right.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
