We take great pride in every candle we create and carefully package each order with love, bubble wrap, and attention to detail to ensure it arrives safely at your door.

Because each item is handcrafted in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, we want you to feel confident and cared for when shopping with us. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us at hello@bluecottagecandlecompany.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging so we can make it right.
